Yes, we offer part-time care options for families who need it.

1. Download the Enrollment Packet: Please visit the enrollment now page to download the complete packet. It includes all the necessary forms, such as our enrollment application, emergency contact forms, and our parent handbook.
2. Schedule a Tour: We believe it's important for you and your child to see our facility firsthand. We will schedule a time for you to visit our home, meet our staff, and observe our daily routines. This is also a great opportunity to ask questions and discuss your child's specific needs.
3. Complete & Return Paperwork: Please fill out the enrollment packet and bring all completed forms with you along with your child's current immunization record. to your scheduled tour or a follow-up meeting. We will review the documents and answer any questions you may have.
4. Confirm Start Date: Once all the paperwork is completed and returned, we will officially confirm your child's start date and discuss any final details to ensure a smooth transition into our program.

8:30 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. | Morning Circle Time: We gather for songs, stories, and a group discussion about the day's theme or planned activities. This is a time for shared learning and building a sense of community.

9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. | Creative Curriculum Activities: This is our dedicated learning block. Activities are planned based on the Creative Curriculum and focus on different learning centers, such as art, sensory play, science exploration, and literacy.

10:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. | Outdoor Play/Gross Motor Activities: 

10:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. | Handwashing & Transition Time: Children wash their hands and transition to quiet, small-group activities before lunch.

11:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. | Lunch

11:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. | Quiet Reading & Story Time

12:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. | Nap/Quiet Time: This is a designated rest period for all children. Non-napping children engage in quiet activities like puzzles, books, or drawing.

3:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. | Afternoon Learning & Play: A second block of structured activities, often focusing on creative arts, music, or a hands-on project.

Yes.

 We take all allergies and special dietary needs very seriously. Upon enrollment, we ask for detailed information on any allergies and dietary restrictions. We then create a specific plan for that child, which is communicated to all staff members. We can accommodate most needs by preparing separate, safe meals and snacks, and we have strict policies in place to prevent cross-contamination. We work closely with families to ensure their child's needs are met safely. 

Yes, we do have an open-door policy. We believe that a strong partnership between parents and our staff is essential for a child's success.

This policy means you are welcome to visit our facility at any time during our operating hours to observe your child, speak with our staff, or simply see how their day is going. We only ask that you be mindful of the nap and quiet times to avoid disrupting the other children. Our open-door policy is part of our commitment to transparency and building a trusting, collaborative relationship with our families.

 We are closed on all major federal holidays, including: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day (July 4th), Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. We will also be closed on the day after Thanksgiving. Our full holiday schedule is provided to all enrolled families at the start of enrollment.
